Warranty

GENERAL WARRANTY: We warrant to you that any product you purchase from us through our site is of acceptable quality and reasonably fit for all purposes for which products of that type are commonly supplied.

This warranty does not cover defects in the product caused by normal wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, or negligence on your or any third party’s part, or if you use the product in a manner not recommended by us, your failure to follow instructions or any alterations or repairs you make without our prior written approval.

The warranty will be voided in the following circumstances:

a. The customer disassembles or replaces any components.

b. Damage caused by an insufficient supply of electricity, lightning, or voltage surges;

c. Combustible components on hash boards or chips;

d. Damage to miners/boards/components caused by immersion in water or corrosion caused by a wet environment.

Coin Mining Machines assumes no liability or obligation to compensate for any loss incurred as a result of downtime caused by transportation delays or damaged / defective items.

The manufacturer of the products, not Coin Mining Machines, provides the warranty. The warranty is subject to the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty for each product. All claims must be made directly to the manufacturer, not through Coin Mining Machines.

After opening a support ticket and troubleshooting with Coin Mining Machines customer support, the customer must return the defective equipment at their expense. Coin Mining Machines will cover the cost of shipping a replacement unit to the customer during the warranty period. Coin Mining Machines will not be liable for any downtime or delays incurred as a result of customs. Equipment can be repaired for the cost of parts and labor in cases where the warranty has expired or after the warranty period has expired.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES:

Baikal Miners in Their Entirety:

Once the purchase is complete, the purchaser acknowledges the following policies.

  1. There are no refunds or returns after payment.
  2. Miners receive a 45-day warranty.

The following conditions render the warranty null and void:

  1. Dismantled machine, unauthorized modifications, or component replacement.
  2. Damage caused by lightning, voltage surges, and faulty power supplies, among other things.
  3. Embedded circuit boards or chips that have been set on fire.
  4. Damage caused by moisture, dampness, or corrosion.

In the event of the foregoing, we will provide paid maintenance. The buyer is responsible for maintenance freight, and we are not liable for lost revenue during the maintenance period.

Bitmain Miners in their entirety:

  1. A 180-day warranty is provided beginning on the date of shipment. Overclocking the miner immediately voids the warranty.
  2. All sales are final and non-refundable. There will be no refunds. Defective miners are covered under Bitmain’s warranty policy and can be repaired for free. Once the warranty period has expired, machines can be repaired for the cost of parts and labor.
  3. The warranty will be voided in the following circumstances:

a. Without first obtaining permission from Bitmain, the customer removes/replaces any components;

b. Damage caused by an insufficient supply of electricity, lightning, or voltage surges;

c. Combustible components on hash boards or chips;

d. Damage to miners/boards/components caused by immersion in water or corrosion caused by a wet environment.

  1. For all repairs or RMAs, whether covered by warranty or not, the customer is responsible for returning the defective parts at his or her expense.
  2. When a replacement unit is shipped within the warranty period, Coin Mining Machines will cover the return shipping costs.
  3. If you notice any loose heatsinks when you receive the miner, please contact us via email at info@coinminingmachines.com within three days of the package being delivered, as indicated on the UPS/DHL/FEDEX website.
  4. Coin Mining Machines assumes no responsibility for or liability for any loss incurred as a result of downtime caused by transportation delays caused by customs formalities or other factors.

All Miners in Canaan:

  1. A 180-day warranty is provided beginning on the date of shipment. Overclocking the miner immediately voids the warranty.
  2. All sales are final and non-refundable. There will be no refunds. Miners that are defective can be repaired for free under the Canaan warranty policy. Once the warranty period has expired, machines can be repaired for the cost of parts and labor.
  3. The warranty will be voided in the following circumstances:

a. Without first obtaining permission from Bitmain, the customer removes/replaces any components.

b. Physical interference to the product/board/components, including but not limited to moisture, fire, flood, lightning, transportation, and extreme environment;

c. Combustible components on hash boards or chips;

d. Damage to miners/boards/components caused by immersion in water or corrosion caused by a wet environment.

  1. For all repairs or RMAs, whether covered by warranty or not, the customer is responsible for returning the defective parts at his or her expense.
  2. When a replacement unit is shipped within the warranty period, Coin Mining Machines will cover the return shipping costs.

Each and every Dayung miner:

  1. A 180-day warranty is provided beginning on the date of shipment.
  2. This warranty does not cover defects in the product caused by normal wear and tear, intentional damage, accident, or negligence on your or any third party’s part.
  3. This warranty will become null and void if you do the following:

• Components on the hash board or in the chips that have been burned

• Substantial water damage

• You removed and/or replaced elements without consulting anyone.

• Inadequate electrical supply, lightning, or voltage overvoltage

Guarantee:

You should return the Product to Dayun Company at the address above in its original packaging. Prior authorization is required for all returns, which can be obtained by contacting Dayun Company customer service and requesting an RMA number, which must be referenced in all correspondence. You must make a complete backup of all data, as we cannot guarantee the integrity of your data during repairs or testing.

If an item is returned and our technicians determine that it is not faulty, a charge for return carriage insurance and administration will be applied.

Each and every EBANG miner:

  1. Three Guarantees: six-month warranty on the machine
  1. In qualified mines, we also provide after-sales service.

After-sale support:

  1. If your machine fails to start, please contact Ebang customer service and they will assist you in troubleshooting immediately.

2. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, please remove defective components and return to service following remote confirmation.

3. When returning a machine for repair, please complete the “after-sales information form” and include it in the package along with the machine.

4. When returning for repair, please take care to protect the Serial Number, as this is how we determine the warranty period.

5. Re-delivery for repair; pay attention to the components’ packaging and take precautions to avoid damage caused by inadequate packaging.

6. Upon receipt of the repair machine, a representative from customer service will contact you immediately. After confirming the issue and the component, it will be scheduled for maintenance.

7. From the time of confirmation and signature by the customer service, it will take between 1 and 5 working days.

  1. After repairs are complete, customer service will contact customers to inform them of the maintenance situation and precautions. Then return to you.

The following applies to all iBeLink miners:

  1. A 180-day warranty is provided beginning on the date of shipment.
  2. All sales are final and non-refundable.
  3. Under Broadeng’s warranty policy, defective machines will be repaired for free.
  4. The following events will void the warranty: overclocking the miner; customer removal and replacement of any components without prior approval from Broadeng; damage caused by a faulty power supply, lightning, or voltage surges; burnt parts on hash boards or chips; and damage caused by water immersion or corrosion in a wet environment.
  5. After opening a support ticket and troubleshooting with iBeLink customer support, the customer will return defective equipment at their expense. Coin Mining Machines will cover the cost of shipping a replacement unit to the customer during the warranty period. Coin Mining Machines is not responsible for any downtime or delays caused by faulty equipment. Equipment can be repaired for the cost of parts and labor in cases where the warranty has expired or after the warranty period has expired.

Each and every Innosilicon Miner:

All miners will be factory tested and certified prior to shipment by Innosilicon. The following describes our post-sales service policy. Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt of payment.

180-day parts warranty on all miners purchased directly from Innosilicon (counting upon miner arrival).

Kindly do not send any machine or component without first contacting our support team. Any loss or damage incurred as a result of a lack of contact will be the customer’s responsibility.

The warranty is void in the following circumstances:

  • Customers demolish the miner, alter it privately, or replace components;
  • Damage caused by lightning, voltage surges, and a low-quality power supply;
  • Circuit boards and components that have been harmed by water, moisture, or corrosion;
  • The circuit board or chip has been completely consumed by flames;
  • Extreme overclocking in a high-temperature environment.

If the foregoing occurs, you will be charged for miner maintenance services. Please refer to the after-sales process for specific procedures.

Pangolin Miners Across the Board:

  1. Please contact us via online consultation to assist in troubleshooting the issue.
  2. If you are able to identify the faulty component/unit. Kindly submit a warranty order to Pangolin.
  3. If the PCB/unit of the Miner or PSU is damaged, oxidized, or broken, or if the PIN is missing, the unit will be scrapped. Kindly do not return it.
  4. If a customer disassembles/replaces any parts, particularly hashboards, without permission from PangolinMiner, the miner/PSU will not be repaired for technical reasons.
  5. Please send only the defective part to our repair center (Whatsminer/PSU/hash board/control board), do not include the accessory.

Shipping.

a. Carefully pack the parts with foam to prevent shipment damage; the warranty will not cover a faulty part caused by shipping.

b. Please print two copies of the Repair Ticket and place one outside and one inside the package. If there are not two copies of the Repair Ticket, the package will be rejected.

c. Please keep in mind that all custom clearance fees will be billed to clients, and inform your transport company to handle any customs issues with you first to avoid delays. PangolinMiner will not be able to assist you with any custom requirements. (Better to declare the item with a low value of “less than $50” as the “Warranty Item”).

d. Please ensure that deliveries are made on business days only and that the waybill item description includes the term “MiniServer” (or your “Power supply”).

e. We will not accept “Freight Collect” packages and will return them to the sender. As per our warranty clause, you are responsible for all shipping costs.

f. Please DO NOT ship any of the company’s products to which PangolinMiner is not responsible. Other product-containing packages will be returned to the sender or discarded.

g. The warranty does not apply to products that have been repaired by another organization or individual.

h. PangolinMiner will provide support only to our Direct Clients; all products sold by PangolinMiner are tracked through our systems. Any resold components will not be covered by a warranty.

  1. Create a repair ticket.

a. Create an account with PangolinMiner.

b. At the “ACCOUNT” interface, click the “YOUR TICKET” options bar.

c. “Submit a new ticket” to PM@pangolinminer.com/invoice@pangolinminer.com with your warranty request.

d. We will begin by conducting an online consultation regarding your issue. Then we’ll send you a Repair ticket form to complete if your issue requires warranty service. e. As mentioned previously, print two copies of the Repair ticket and attach one to the outside of your package and one to the inside. f. Create a new message in the ticket where you submitted the request with the tracking number.

  1. Out-of-warranty repair instructions

If your machine is no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, you can send the parts or the entire machine to PangolinMiner for paid repair.

Kindly follow the procedure outlined in Section 3: Create a repair ticket. You will receive a bill once the machine has been repaired. Nota bene: If the hashboard/part is damaged during transportation, we will be unable to repair it.

Each and every Gold shell Miner:

If you discover a defect with the product you purchased, you must create a support ticket on the Goldshell website. Additional information is available on the following website: https://www.goldshell.com/ticket new/

After-Sales Maintenance Service is provided for a period of one year from the date of delivery. Within 180 days of purchase, you are entitled to free after-sales service.

If your product is still under warranty, Goldshell will service it for free and will cover the cost of return postage. The cost of returning the item to the repair facility is not covered.

To avoid a lengthy maintenance period, we may send parts directly to you. Please obtain authorization for disassembly from the after-sales staff. Then you can replace the components on your own.

WARRANTY VOIDED AS A RESULT OF:

  • Damage to the product as a result of improper installation, use, and maintenance;
  • Damage or failure of the product as a result of dropping, accident, theft, abuse, negligence, or improper operation;
  • Physical interference to the product/board/components, including but not limited to moisture, fire, flood, lightning, transportation, and extreme environment;
  • Damage to the product caused by an overvoltage, an Undervoltage, or a leakage;
  • Product damage caused by prolonged exposure to significantly higher or lower ambient temperatures;
  • Natural disasters, such as floods, lightning, fires, earthquakes, tsunamis, and lightning strikes, among others;
  • Disassembly or modification of the Product by anyone other than us or a third-party service provider authorized by us;
  • Damage or failure of the product caused by the use of power supplies, parts, or units not supplied by us or our authorized providers;
  • Unauthorized firmware and hardware modifications;
  • Damage or failure of the product as a result of the use of unauthorized firmware or drivers;
  • Damage to or loss of data as a result of erroneous use;
  • Without the original barcode or SN label, or if the barcode or SN label has been altered, defaced, or removed;
  • Mixed boards: any or all of the hash boards or control boards in a Product are not original components of the Product, or there is something preventing us from determining whether the hash boards or control boards in a Product are original components;

Any circumstance is other than our fault makes it impossible for us to determine whether the Product is covered by warranty.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES FOR USED MINERS:

Prior to shipment, all used miners will be tested in our facility.

The manufacturer of the products, not Coin Mining Machines, provides the warranty. The warranty is subject to the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty for each product. The warranty remaining on used units is contingent upon the manufacturer’s release of the unit and batch.

  • The warranty is void in the following circumstances:
  • Customers demolish the miner, alter it privately, or replace components;
  • Damage caused by lightning, voltage surges, and a low-quality power supply;
  • Circuit boards and components that have been harmed by water, moisture, or corrosion;
  • The circuit board or chip has been completely consumed by flames;
  • Extreme overclocking in a high-temperature environment.
